Beautiful venue extremely cozy with a chalet-like interior. They provide excellent warm rooms with heated floors and towels, plenty of space and blankets and a wonderful balcony.

Great clean and cozy place with an awesome view to enjoy Serra da Estrela. Kind and qualified staff! Don’t forget to make a reservation for the restaurant and try an amazing raclette!

We stayed here when our original hotel had to close at short notice. It was built and is still run by a local family who spent some years working in Switzerland (hence the name). It is a small, modern hotel, with a pool, a bar and a restaurant full of Spanish visitors. Clearly a place people return to.

The room was nice, the bed was comfy, there was a nice bath in the bathroom. Nice balcony to admire the view and a very nice swimming pool

Staff was super nice, helpful and friendly! Location is good, a 15-20 minute walk to the village but beautiful hikes in the mountains start right at the doorstep and a supermarket 1 minute away. And the views from the hotel are amazing! We also had dinner one night at the hotel which was really good.
