Very historic flair, no need to visit a castle or museum, this was living history to us. Very kind owner. Good breakfast. Car parked in front of the door. Room was spacious and well equipped. Very silent due to very thick walls.

The history of the house and the way it is so well presented. Breakfast was homemade and delicious, it was heaven to wake up and be presented with such a treat.

Our stay here was superb! Our greeting by Amelia was warm, kind and friendly. Staying amongst the centuries old surroundings is truly amazing. There is so much to take in. Our spacious room was very comfortable, with a large bed. We enjoyed having a bathtub. The room has a small fridge which was convenient. There is an area where you have access to drinks and treats. The breakfast choices were vast and delicious. The location is excellent for walking within the town. We would absolutely be thrilled to return!
