To be onest I was a bit afraid after reading the reviews, but the rooms are huge, the beds massive and the matresses awesome, such a great sleep! Staff was brilliant! It was a last minute booking, after a cancelled flight, we didn't have any milk for our little one and they offered us from the kitchen. Big thank you for everything!

The property was excellent and the quality of customer care was exceptional. Despite the circumstances in the area due to the weather catastrophe everyone was very caring and helpful. In particular, Citra at the front desk was able to help me in everything i needed as I didn’t have sleep for almost 48 hours due to being stuck at the Valencia airport . This hotel is in excellent location close to the airport.

The staff were outstanding and very helpful at all times and quick to respond 24 hours a day on the desk , the hotel is a short walk 500M over the foot bridge at the front right of the Valencia airport exit, travel light do not get a taxi it has to go into the city and back due to the road layout and improvements going on , the hotel is a very short walk,If you get onto the underground it is Roses station a short trip from the airport, the city can be accessed from near the hotel by underground station Roses a few hundred yards walk and its around €1.60 each way you cannot go wrong its a small underground system, you buy 1 card for the scanner and pass it back to your friends as it it paid by trips not person so if there are 4 you each scan it, in and out the station for the city centre and old quarter next to the main train station is Xativa about 20 minutes by train. If you use the main train station Norde you need to get a ticket to join the ticket queue , just inside the main doors it gives you a number that is on a big screen to the right of the main ticket desks.
