Service from the staff friendly and helpful. The room we stayed at was nice, clean and secure. Room was serviced when needed. The location was ideal to get around where you need to in Manila.

Excellent Location, Cleanliness and house keeping service. Granted our late check-out. 99% of staff that we came across within the facility their customer service skills are excellent! Overall we had a wonderful stay.

The location is near MOA and they have free shuttle services every hour. The room is spacious and I love that they provide a lot of pillows. Breakfast is nice especially their tapa!

The location of the hotel is close to SM Mall of Asia Approximately 1km they also have shuttles running at 3 hrs. interval if you decide to go to MOA. This property is also close to PICC should you have an event nearby.

Everything was enjoyable. From the storage space to the city view to the large double beds to the washroom. Staff was helpful 24/7 too. I have no complaints about this hotel as it does provide a free shuttle bus to the Mall of Asia every hour. This hotel is a must especially if you are not from Philippines, but also staying for a bit or for a layover. The professionalism is beyond what you expect so don't be scared and make this a top choice!
