Room was very comfortable, staff very helpful, courteous and friendly. I left my ipad behind - the staff kept it safe and I had no problem getting it back Breakfast (room service) was excellent It is not a new hotel, but it has been wonderfully maintained. The lobby is so elegant. I have stayed in several hotels in Manila - I would say the Manila Peninsula is the best hotel of all. It is in the middle of the business district (but you do nor feel that) and the best shopping area is just a short walk away.

Good attention - when we arrived late in the midst of a reception, we were met by beautiful and professional staff who took us directly to our rooms. Also great service from the Bell boys (and girls)

With the peninsula, there are high expectations and, for the most part, delivered apart from the buffet breakfast, which...., basically, the hot food was not kept warm. Hot food when the buffet opens should be hot! The quality of the food is great, all the cold or room temperature foods were great.

Hotel facilities and rooms are quite well-maintained. Rates are reasonable for a 5 star hotel.

Excellent stay over Chinese New Year. We enjoyed the hotel's celebrations. The staff were superb. Our room was so comfortable and spacious. The breakfast buffet was exceptional.
