Cozy, spacious room with comfortable beds. Furniture look rather new. Aircon and WiFi is working good. Not really on a high floor, but it's free from the outside noise. Quite unusual to see such a big extinguisher and fire escape mask inside the room. Water refill station along the corridor. Staff are generally on a friendly side, though some are without much expression. Like its huge lobby. Location is within the bustling Chinatown area.

The reception staff were great. All the staff were polite and helpful when asked for requests. Maintenance staff were prompt when an issue was reported. House keeping was good in tidying up the room. 2kms to Intramous The hotel had a 31st buffet dinner with karaoke and a live band which was amazing and really made our new year and the trip memorable. The evening MC was warm and inclusive and the guests were friendly.

It is very nice hotel in the middle of Chinatown. The staff are very friendly and help us to get what we need. Thank you everyone, we enjoyed our stay.

The location was great. Nice staff and the price is very affordable.The suite was very spacious and it had all the basic needs. The beef tapa breakfast plate was delicious. They were also very apologetic for the inconveniences we have experienced.
