All the staff were friendly, polite and professional. The rooms are very good. All facilities are well maintained however keep in mind that the hotel is less than one year old.

Bidet is useless, zero pressure. TV had to be unplugged from network to allow me to switch HDMI ports to my laptop. WiFi kept failing but was excellent when it worked. AC wasn't working first night, super hot to sleep. Pillows are terrible, head falls in to them but they collapse to form a hard surface instead of remaining fluffy. Pool bar is excellent as is swimming pool area. Fresh buffet is fabulous, went twice in three days for dinner. Food court tiny portions for a LOT of money. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I like the fancy bathroom fixtures (Grohe), the automatic curtains and the styling of the room. It was classy.
