A very good equipped Hotel. Excellent Breakfast and… for us important…a very good gym. The concierge, Mr. Gilbert was very kind and helped us perfectly to enjoy and organize everything in Manila. A special thank you to the very nice ladies at the reception (Abby and Dianne). They made us every time feel coming home.

Got upgraded to an amazing suite (1001), staff was super friendly & helpful, food was top notch! Had afternoon tea in the Writers Lounge and it was excellent too. The Mistral bar on the 10th floor is very breezy and a col place to watch the sunset. Wish we could have stayed longer, unfortunately the spa was fully booked but would have loved to try it! Definitely the best place we stayed at during our 10 day trip!

We got a room in the Raffles Residences, which is absolutely stunning! The room was spacious and the bed was the most comfortable I have slept on while travelling in the Philippines! They have a lot to offer at this hotel, I managed to do their signature spa experience which I highly recommend! All the facilities were amazing but the absolute highlight is how friendly the staff are. We will be back next time we are in Manila

The pool is lovely with the bar next to it. The breakfast spread is excellent. The staff were excellent. Great choice of restaurants across the road.

Our family's New Year stay at Raffles Makati Residences was exceptional. The spacious, immaculately clean accommodations proved perfect for our family, including our toddler. What truly set the experience apart was the staff's impeccable service - their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay memorable. The residences are particularly well-suited for larger families, offering both comfort and convenience. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for an outstanding experience.

Staff were very friendly and dealt with a complaint I made over a lamb dish very well. Perfect location for our first visit with a toddler. Breakfast in the Residencies restaurant was decent. Live music in the long bar was very good.

This hotel is outstanding!!! The incredible staff made my stay there and absolute delight. The waitresses in the Writers Bar were exceptional, I would like to give a sincere thanks to Sherlyn and Jhezzsica for their super friendly service, you made my evenings a pleasure. I would also like to say a massive thanks to my butlers, Dennis and Ron, who made everything so much easier for me, nothing was too much trouble for them.
