Prince Plaza II Condotel is located in Legaspi Village with Makati City’s Financial District. Just 10 km from Ninoy Aquino Airport, it offers a 24-hour front desk and massage services.
All air-conditioned guestrooms at Condotel Prince Plaza II come a sitting area and cable TV. Home cooked meals can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoyed at the dining area.

If NOT fully vaccinated, a negative swab / saliva test is required (must be conducted within 48hours prior to check-in date). - REQUIREMENTS FOR GUESTS COMING FROM INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL: Fully Vaccination Cards AND negative RT-PCR swab / saliva test required (must be conducted within 48hours prior to check-in date). - REQUIREMENTS FOR GUESTS BELOW 18 YEARS OLD: The swab or saliva-based RT-PCR test shall NOT be required, subject to the regulations of the LGU concerned. - Our hotel facilities such as gym and swimming pool are now open (subject to change without prior notice). Due to the restricted capacity, please note that advance reservation for the use of the swimming pool and gym is required and can only be arranged after check-in. Maximum of two (2) guests only will be allowed per room per hour in the swimming pool and the gym. Our café will remain closed during this period. - Visitors are not allowed to go up to the guest floors/rooms.

We are unable to book this in advance as parking slots are on a first come, first served basis.

The staff (both at reception and the security staff were extremely helpful). The is place is a bit old and run down. But it is clean, well located, and has a nice swimming pool on the upper floor.

Very convenient and close to the event venue. The hotel is a good place for relaxation and there places to eat nearby.

The location and the staff are great. The property is a little tired but kept clean, overall good value for money. It's walking distance to greenbelt full of restaurants and sort walk further to the shopping mall and SM. There are also some good bars and cafes on some of the nearby streets, a little walk around or an Internet search and you will find some hidden gems

Location is great, close to Greenbelt and Glorietta on one side and Ayala Triangle gardens on the other. Staff were friendly and helpful.
