We chose this place as we were doing a quick stop over after being on Boracay island .. it really is just a very big casino catering for the players .. staff were not very helpful or obliging at all .. not interested in us .. one of the front door porters didn’t even look up at us whilst talking continuing to look at a piece of paper in his pocket then to give us no directions outside at all .. breakfast was one of the biggest buffet we have ever seen catering for your every need ..a must see if you are a good lover.. we stayed in a grand deluxe room which was the highlight of the stay .. 10 stars . Ordered room service and it came old style on a table set out with cutlery and table cloth .. if you are a coffee lover .. probably would t recommend.. no where in the resort was ok ..

Overall the stay was great, however upon arriving into the room the working table hadn’t been cleaned but that didn’t put us off. Staff were all fantastic and the service was fast and efficient. One point to note make sue you book the restaurants as they seemed to be always full especially on weekends ;)

Pros: - Room feels fancy and very modern as it has electric toilet/bidets, motorised curtains and master control for lighting and sound and connectivity with your phone (though Apple only). - Nice and big bath tub. - Beautiful view of pool area and sea. - Pool area is spacious, clean and nicely designed. - Staff are very lovely and attentive. - Many different food options and restaurants on ground level. - Many retail shops. - Impressively designed and decorated lobbies. - More that I probably can’t remember.
