Amenities,staff everyone that we have encountered are all very friendly ,especially Daniella and the rest of reception team during our check inn ,very accommodating and professional .I like that there are plenty of activities ,food and shopping opportunities just within the hotel premises .

handle of the sliding door leading ro the washroom was broken, the room was not as big as the picrure looks like. There was a bathtub. A big one but they didn’t provide a bubble soap.

It's a nice hotel with excellent expensive features but you can see that it's getting outdated , especially the carpet which is starting to smell. Otherwise the staff customer service is excellent!

This booking is for my mum who celebrated her 84th birthday at Okada, she truly enjoyed it with my dad and her sibling, breakfast is included and it’s amazing selection for food. Room and bathroom are huge. Staff are friendly and very accommodating.
