The proximity to the airport was great and the lovely restaurant on the top floor was a bonus. We were also able to have a quick breakfast before we left on the airport shuttle which was great.

The hotel provided transportation from the airport as well as transportation to the airport. I was quite satisfied for one day. It met my expectations. The service was very good. The staff was nice. Nice bar on the roof.

Great customer service. Very friendly. Shuttle is great. Drivers are patient for delayed flights. Upstairs restaurant is a warm, comfortable environment with friendly servers and good food. Great value for the money

The staff are great, and go up and above to help out. Shout out to Miss Aida in the rooftop restaurant. Great cappuccino and atmosphere since fairly new renovations. As well as the gentleman at the front who helped with the luggage several times (Sorry did not get name) We have stayed several times over the years and have had great experience. Great spa service. Accommodate all hours. Currently under renovation to improve.

Staffs are friendly. From the airport transfer to the staffs in the hotel. They have a smile ready for you. The restaurant as well has a good view and a nice ambiance.

Our room was noisy but our friends was not. They are doing renovations and it will be amazing when done. The roof bar is new and its a brilliant area to chat, eat, drink and be with family or friends.
