As a guest when you book a cheaper rate then expect less. For me I dont expect more as long as we can rest. Overall for me is good as long safe and masaya mga kiddos ko.

Breakfast was good and well presented. The maintenance staff were called upon several times and did their best to fix problems. Jezz on the front desk was friendly andhelped me with ordering Grab and locating guitar repairers.

Location is very good, walking distance, just a few meters away from Robinson's Place Manila. Staffs are courteous, smiling, and accommodating, from the guard upon entering the hotel, the room attendants, housekeeping supervisor, manager, bellboys and front desk clerks are all friendly. Free hot and cold water. Room rates are at reasonable price and economical.

It is close to everything. 600m to MRT, 800m to manila bay walk, 190m to Robinson mall. When we were there the first time there we realised late in the evening there was a problem with hot water and they immediately moved us to another room. The staff was very friendly. If I go to Manila again I will definitely stay there again.
