I like the facilities and more importantly the service at front desk has improved. I stayed 6months ago and the wait time for check in and check out was shockingly slow. This time checking out wait time has improved.

The onsen (strictly speaking it’s a sento) was probably the best part of the hotel. I liked that it was open till late so you could still relax after a long day of surviving the Manila traffic.
