Walking distance to almost everything you would ever need. Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Rates were affordable and highly recommended for long stays. Staff were courteous and nice. You will feel relax and at home here. Cold A/C, well lit rooms and their lobby/reception area was really bright. Courteous staff.

Affordable at basic accommodation, but could offer discounts for long stays and loyal customers. They (owners) weren’t at all interested in discounting for a whole month stay, even though their other rooms were mostly empty. Hotel staff eventually helped me (forced to) with an app problem - it double booked the same booking due to the poor Wi-Fi reception. Booking.com were useless and refused any help at all and took hours to respond with the refusal, no telephone responses.

We didn't order breakfast from this hotel since it's location is close to establishments. I actually booked this hotel for my parents and the price is budget friendly. They were very helpful to me I just sent an authorization letter and ID's of my parents. And it was a smooth transaction. I would like to book myself in this establishment.

I really appreciate the disposable slippers and dental kits provided during our stay and when rooms are cleaned. I also liked that there is water dispenser provided along the hallway.

The location is great. It is close to Uptown Mall and BGC. There are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There are local stores next to it so you can buy local snacks and other necessities. It has an elevator and the staff are very helpful and friendly. This place is really good for a quick visit around Makati or nearby areas. And I guess it is really in demand by tourists and locals alike, so you have to book a room ahead of time.
