Beautiful 5 star stay with friendly staff very prompt to help. We travelled with 2 young kids and happily accommodated with 2 cots. Bed was so comfy. And breakfast is next level!!!

Pretty extensive breakfast buffet although I, personally, would have loved pork tocino to be included in the buffet. My husband would have loved to have the option of poached eggs. I alsolutely loved the “taho” and how it was delivered; it reminded me of olden days. The pastry selection was also divine. Easy access to Shangri-La Plaza is a major attraction. Shopping and great restaurants are definite draw cards. Now I understand why friends love to “staycation” at the Shang. Special call-out to Nikkei Nama Bar at the Shang Plaza.

The pool at Shangri-La is absolutely fantastic! The location is incredibly convenient, being within easy reach of both Megamall and Shangri-La Mall. The pool itself is well-maintained and inviting, and the staff service is truly exceptional. They are attentive, friendly, and always go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Upon check-in, the receptionist has been a great help. Very professional and accommodating. The staff was friendly specially security, porter and the cleaning person. The food has a wide range of choices. We highly recommend the place and wish to come back again.

Breakfast has a good selection of food., the hotel is near SM Megamall, and staff are friendly and helpful.

Level of service and comfort in the hotel is excellent as always. The staff made me feel welcomed, and helped me with merging two bookings I had made because of some last minute changes I had to make to my travel schedule. I had requested fresh mangoes during breakfast, and the service staff served me some very sweet mangoes. Having mangosteens to go with it was also a nice touch.

Accommodating staff. Especially Sheila Acao (we left crocs kid shoes - contacted the housekeeping and spoken to Sheila as we already back home in Davao and offered to send this via LBC; my family were grateful for her extended service). Hotel with excellent facilities. Ambience +++ and safe....Comfortable room and clean. Location adjacent to nearest mall - Shangrila Plaza and SM.
