Pau at frontdesk kept us waiting for 1Hour and 30 minutes. All the staff in restaurant are great. Facilities need to improve. Guests have fetch drinking water for themselves.

Breakfast was v gd - plenty of variety & the staff were friendly & helpful. As soon as the chef saw me he started making my omelette! The housekeeping staff were friendly & efficient too. Good location - Makati proper eg Greenbelt malls area was only a 20 min walk away. Plenty of cafes & restaurants on Makati Av. Happy Hour on the rooftop terrace was a bonus - as a solo female guest I didn't feel put of place. Netflix on TV with the latest programmes available. Comfortable bed.

Centrally located at the centre of Manila. This is an old but still very active hotel. It has everything that’s required to make the stay comfortable. The triple room was good enough for 3 of us

I stayed 2 times in this hotel due to location. The roof restaurant is also good(view and food). Personnel staff were so friendly. Open Buffet breakfast was great. Spa was okey. Jakuzi at the top floor made me satisfied.

“The place to be in Makati” good hotel with excellent staff very good food. The team for the breakfast buffet and the team on the rooftop Restaurant made us feel like home.
