Nice staff and property is nice. However, we did find a used tissue in front of the bed in our room when we checked-in so cleanliness needs improvement. I did raise it to the concierge and on check out, and they did apologise but that's about it. We also dined in the buffet area for dinner, and I had to return at least 5 plates to the staff as they weren't clean. Overall, stay was good but needs improvement on some aspects.

We were in an atrium room which had no windows out to sunlight so it was dark that is the only issue I had

We really enjoyed the sens of elegance throughout the hotel. The concierge service is wonderful. The decor of the Chinese speakeasy is beautiful as are the rooms and all the facilities.

The hotel is lovely and staff are super helpful. When my Grab to the airport from the hotel seemed to be stationary, the lovely woman at reception offered to book a Grab via her phone. The room is clean and comfortable. We ate at the buffet which had a good selection of food and had a special of 40% off making it around AUD$50 pp. The pool was great and the staff at the pool bar made nice cocktails using pickled ginger.

Everything was nice from the moment we arrived. Great hospitality and customer service. Lovely food from the buffet at the restaurant, good and relaxing massages from the spa facilities and interesting cocktails at their speak easy bar! Thanks everyone
