The owner is very responsive and I need to be comparing this to Manila standards. She is honest and very easy to talk to. The complex, San Lorenzo, is tough for me in many ways. BUT, this is Manila and I would 100% recommend this unit and the owner.. if you are staying in Manila, this is a great location with many restaurants and shopping in the complex. You can not expect the usual guest feeling from the staff or the building. The elevators and hallways are humid n hot n smell that way, and have some bugs/roaches. They do their PH best, kinda. It all depends on your level of expectations depending on what you are comparing this to. Remember how affordable this is and roll with it. I extended my stay and am not unhappy. But, I need to be honest, this is basic accommodation, not luxury at all.
