Chris is a friendly & informative host. I had requested a ground floor unit. Chris had put us on the 2nd floor, but after driving up around the back, we walked straight into the unit. The view was absolutely amazing. The unit was spacious, extremely clean & well equipped. The bed was very comfortable & the pillows were better than our own! We had a lovely meal just along the road & enjoyed a drink at the historic hotel. It's a great place to stay to further explore Northland. Allan & I can highly recommend this motel to other travelers. .

The location was excellent. The property was very clean and comfortable. Great having a washing machine. Parking was very easy.

Our unit was nicely updated with paint and carpet but keeping some retro pieces. We enjoyed looking out at the bay while a storm played out. A convenient location - just a boardwalk stroll - to the main area of the town. The washing machine was appreciated.
