Used to stay here when it was grand plaza … it has changed completely and for the better. Rooms are renovated, service is much better, restaurant is good and very clean

Staff were friendly and helpful. Suggested some good eateries nearby. Room was clean and had all the amenities. Public transport plentiful just outside the hotel.

Great value, modern, clean hotel in a good location close to the Railway Station and City Central Mall. Comfy bed with a good shower. Restaurant attached, eat-in or delivered to room, that was good value and tasty.
