The room was well stocked and very comfortable and the experience, overall, was pleasant. ITC Grand Bharat promises slow luxury and our stay was just that - slow and unhurried, made comfortable by the courteous staff of Grand Bharat. Overall a very good stay. Enjoyed it and would love to visit again soon.

I usually see a bright Sunny venue for breakfast across hotels. But this breakfast venue was a brooding, less happy place. You should consider moving it to a brighter place. Check in process was long and tedious despite doing online Pre check in. The staff was in no hurry to move us to our suite. Pls be mindful of the guest mindset too. When asked about the occasion of travel, I told that it was my Husbands birthday, yet no enthusiasm was shown to at least offer wishes or to send a note to the room. This was a very different experience with hospitality.
