The town house itself was excellent. Lovely setup. First level is a lockup garage you drive your vehicle into and lockup which leads to the Front door. Up the first set of stairs on the right is the first toilet and laundry consisting of washer/ dryer small sink and cleaning supplies iron Nd ironing board. Then on the left is the kitchen / dining and first balcony with view of the complex and swimming pool. Then the lounge area and tv which had Foxtel channels on. Ad second balcony which has view of Mandurah terrace. Then up the next flight of stairs the to bedrooms. The main bedroom had ensuite with spa,shower and toilet also inbuilt wardrobe. The second bedroom had its own ensuite also with a toilet and shower. Beautiful and practical set up.

Walking distance to amenities in town, as we were a large group it was good to be close together.
