Richard creates a beautiful loft home with everything you'll ever need in the palm of your hand. Absolutely great communicator, which makes everything so much more personal as an experience. Location is great and close to the foreshore with amenities just a walk away. The villa community it is situated in is nice and quiet with my kids loving the pool. Cannot fault this property nor its owner, will 100% stay again.

Location to restaurants, Mandurah foreshore and beach was fantastic, 3x bedroom was comfortable and a very nice layout, would definitely look at staying at this property again in the future

We went over Christmas and were pleasantly surprised about how well the house was equipped. We had everything we needed to whip up a big Christmas lunch. Very comfy house, nice and quiet to sleep and in walking distance to the main strip and boat cruises in Mandurah.
