Brilliant place, clean, great air conditioning and perfect location. The in room water purifier was a real bonus also. We stayed 12 nights in total and it was perfect, clean and comfortable with good hot water also.

Jolene’s mandrem was lovely home to stay in during my last week in Goa. Perfect location, close to the beach, helpful staff and clean. Close to shops, restaurants and everything you need. Highly recommended

I absolutely loved my stay at this property! The room was incredibly cozy, with a charming kitchenette, a fridge, and excellent AC, making it a perfect little retreat. I enjoyed the convenience of having a lovely shop just downstairs, a beautiful restaurant next door, and a market within a minute’s walk for shopping. The best part, though, was the beach being just a minute away! If not for the nearby buildings, I could have had a stunning ocean view right from my room. The staff were wonderfully helpful and made the experience even better. Overall, it was a delightful stay
