The owners were helpful and very friendly as were all the staff. The hotel was in a quiet setting back from the busy seafront but with good restaurants only a few minutes away. The hotel offered a pool and open spaces around the hotel to help make the best of the weather. Nisyros Island has a lot to offer

This Hotel is a Gem, they pick me up at the Ferry and took me back very early in morning. Breakfast was excellent with a cake baked by the owner her self, room was spacious with everything you need. Just go stay their!

The perfect location for a stay in Nisyros. Close to the town, but still very quiet. Saltwater pool for cooling off on a hot afternoon. Fridge in room. Friendly, helpful hosts - we were very glad of a lift to the port when we left. Excellent value for money, too.

I liked everything about the Porfyris. Lovely welcome and as room was ready able to check in early. We paid extra for day use on departure day as we were not sailing until 20.10p.m. clean, comfortable bed with shutters to keep out the sun. Balcony to sit out on. Good air con. Breakfast was continental and self service. No complaints. Good value for money. Can recommend

Very good aircon in room Very comfy bed, lovely small balcony with beautiful views. Breakfast is basic but very adequate, exactly the same every day. If you are after a fry up then its not for you. Plenty of space to eat breakfast inside & outside on the lovely front area of hotel or around the pool Pool is lovely & clean, its peaceful & no rushing for sunbeds. We loved it
