everything goes well and Maayo hotel is my go to hotel when I'm in Cebu. I stayed there for more than 5 times already. I stayed in a night or in a week. And also every friday and saturday, I love the ambiance in the deck. It makes you calm and relax while eating and drinking.

Great hotel with good facilities and food options. Roof top pool and restaurant were good for chilling at. Staff were attentive and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Good location from ferry port and airport

I liked the location, the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great! It's not too expensive but everything was great value for money. I love the interior decorations. Grab/taxi drivers can locate it very easily. I booked 2 rooms - one for me and one for my dad. We were placed in the same floor, as I requested. My dad enjoyed being in the hotel. He was just happy to be in the hotel and not go anywhere. My dad loved the drinks and snacks provided. He also loved the buffet lunch and ala carte dinner. We did go out twice and it was easy to book a grab/taxi through the assistance of the reception staff. The staff are very helpful, polite - always ready to assist with a smile. There's a hospital next door, very reassuring to have one close by because my dad is 80 years old. In case of emergency, there's access to medical care next door.

Aside from the location which is very close to the airport, the hotel has some very good amenities and facilities. But what made them more outstanding is the hospitality they served to their hotel guests which made us feel at home. The front desk staffs are always friendly and very approachable especially Louie and Charlesmel.

Customer service! Bryan was especially helpful to us several times. He went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one despite my wife being sick. Arne, Andrea, and Rudolpho Yu were helpful as usual!
