Staff were pleasant on arrival. Apart from that you don't really have contact again very robotic at desks with their focus on computers. Room is good and beds very comfy. Have stayed at Maldron Hotels before and book them again for their very comfy beds and clean rooms

EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOTEL WAS EXCELLENT, THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL DURING OUR STAY, BREAKFAST MEAL WAS GREAT, PLENTY OF VARIETY. WILL DEFINATELY USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

My brother sister and I stayed at the Maldron Hotel City Centre for 3 nights. We had a triple room. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the room was clean and bright. The shower room was large so great for 3 of us. The breakfast was really tasty and there was a great selection to chose from. We all felt that the staff were outstanding it was a Sunday morning so the restaurant was packed but all of the staff were friendly, efficient, and professional and kept topping up the breakfast items. There was a guy that was sight impaired and the service that they gave him was outstanding and this really stood out. We loved our stay and would strongly recommend the Maldron Hotel Manchester City Centre.

Was there to attend a concert 3 doors down on teh same street, so ideal location. Didn't eat there and were booked in from 5Ppm till 10am the next day. Did use the Bar after the gig . Shower good, bed very comfortable and the Staff were helpful and friendly

The hotel is beautiful and our room was so clean and modern. Plenty of towels, bedding, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer and an iron/board. Our room was next to the busy railway and we had absolutely no issues sleeping, very quiet! Staff were extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome considering we weren't planning on staying over. We were so stressed, tired and quite frankly looked very out of place but they treated us like everyone else. The people of Manchester really are fabulous!

Great location. Car park round the corner. Shame that my room (313) is on a train line so very noisy. Room was huge, bathroom was lovely. Definitely stay again.

Loved the location.. a short walk away from everything!! The rooms were fab.. the beds were super comfortable probably the best hotel bed I’ve slept in. We were on the side of the train/tram and you could hear it but not enough to keep me up at night.
