Apartment was in a central location. Apartment was clean. Apartment had the necessary utensils/kitchen equipment needed. Milk and cleaning products supplied.

The place is 10 minutes walk from the city centre so the location is great. 17 mins walk from picaddaly train station. The nearest grocery shop is 8-10 mins walk too. It was my first time in manchester and I was traveling with my parents who prefer home cooked meals. The place has two bathrooms which is a plus for sure, the kitchen was well equipped, I contacted the host regarding the pan and they were able to provide with an extra pan too. The lobby is good, room size is decent, having things like dish washer, sponge, some toiletries to start with, washing machine facility with detergent, it was really convenient. Over all the apartment is good value for money. There was also a guide in the property on how to operate the heating, washing machine etc (very useful) and how to enter the property, how to use the keys etc the guide was great. I stayed here in October, the weather was good enough to keep then windows closed but I think during summers you'll be able to hear the traffic is u keep them open.

We liked the complimentary tea, coffee and milk, it's the little things that make it. The roof terrace was beautiful, well laid out and very cosy. The concierge was friendly and helpful.
