Cash payments/deposits cannot be accepted.Please note, the property may contact you after the reservation is made to provide payment information and instructions for check-in.While Velvet Hotel does it's best to minimize noise disruption, due to it's location in Manchester’s Gay Village, some external noise is unavoidable during busier periods (including Tuesday, Friday and Saturday evenings). The hotel reception can provide ear plugs on request.Village Brasserie and Velvet Bar are closed on Monday and Tuesday, the hotel reception can assist with alternative food and beverage arrangements.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. It was gorgeous. The room and furnishings luxurious yet comfy. The bed was so comfy and the robes fluffy and soft.

Lovely welcome, upgrade to room, glass of Prosecco on arrival ans going back to our room after dinner. Little tray of goodies in room when returned after dinner. Location 2 mins from local parking and 5 mins walk from train station. Restaurants about 5 mins walk.

Amazing Staff, Beautiful Room, Incredible Service ... and welcomed with a glass of Prosecco! Signature Suites are amazing and great value. 5 min walk from Picadilly Station and really handy for a night on the tiles! Would 100% stay again, thank you
