Helpful receptionist.and comfortable bed and warm room. Nice shower with little complimentary shampoo & soap. Good lamp was easy reach from the bed.

Second stay here. Excellent location to avoid central Manchester which is easily accessible by bus or tram. Great price, friendly welcome, clean room, fantastic shower. Free parking. I will make this my number one destination when visiting Manchester. They even allowed me to check in early as my room was all ready.

The staff was quite nice. The hotel was clean and no noise from other rooms or guests. A bit far from Manchester, but there was a good tram connection.

Nothing to dislike,it was clean and comfortable. We only stayed the one night and it was perfect for what we needed.Theres a tram stop 5mins round the corner if you don't fancy the walk into the centre and the taxi back was £10.We didn't have breakfast as we were off to Bury market on the way home but I'm sure we'll try it next time.The staff were very helpful🙂

Really good spot for an overnight stay when visiting Manchester - just on the outskirts of the city. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly on all counts. Our room was just what we needed and comfortable. Breakfast was ready & waiting for us in the morning (we ordered veggie sausages) and with plenty of choice of hot & cold food. Our room was clean & fresh. We will probably stay again in the future.

Great place. We had a great stay. Staff were brilliant the rooms including the 2 sofa beds were spotless we couldn't fault anything.having 4 of us stay 2 toilet and shower was really good for us I definitely recommend and hopefully get the chance to stay again

This is a lovely little hotel close to the Manchester suburbs of Broughton and Prestwich. The staff are very friendly, even though I had a very late check-in on the Friday night there were no issues. Bed was very comfortable, and the room (along with the whole hotel) was spotlessly clean. Bathroom is a bit old-fashioned but with a modern shower, which is the bit I actually care about. I paid the extra for breakfast and it is definitely worth it- a really good selection, far superior to travel lodge et al. but for a similar price.

Staff lovely, friendly and polite. Very helpful when asked directions and anything else. Breakfast good and plenty of choice. Chose this hotel for its location to AO Arena and Manchester centre, was very easy to get there by tram. Would stay again
