Has a TV in 2 bedrooms. The location to the Etihad Stadium is very close. The fridge is spacious. Has a garden so it feels close to home. Bathrooms are clean and smell nice too.

Stayed here for the night with 7 friends. Plenty of room, comfy beds and location was great, only 10 minutes drive to centre. Great communication from hosts throughout stay so was easy to collect keys. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you :)

The house was very clean throughout. The four double rooms were very spacious, the beds were comfy and there was a fan in each room for warmer nights. We felt safe leaving windows in the bedrooms open at night. Facilities were great - because we only stayed one night we didn't use them, but there was an ironing board, iron, hairdryer, washing machine and plenty of wardrobe space. There was a shared bathroom with a bath on the second floor, an ensuite shower room on the first floor and a downstairs toilet - plenty for a party of six people to share. Parking was private and off road on a driveway in the back garden, which made it feel more secure. Checkout was until twelve o'clock so plenty of time to have a walk in the morning before checking out - a lovely cafe a short walk away called the Lunchbox.
