Good size room, nice big bathroom. Great pub with a decent pint of best bitter. Staff were all friendly and attentive.

Quite a big room with large bathroom. Was very quiet but it was Sunday and a bank Holiday the next day. The man behind bar was extremely friendly and helpful.

Old but pretty. Even though it was noisy from downstairs, it was still so comfy and felt connected and cosy and the noise was actually life

Bar prices were excellent value for beer, the rooms were of a good standard compared to some pub accommodation. Situ of the The Spread Eagle was close to the tram but also a variety of pubs and restaurants.
