This was my third stay at this hotel. The location was convenient for public transport, restaurants and entertainment venues. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was delicious with plenty on the plate. The room had a comfortable bed and an openable window. In particular, the bedding was of good quality being very clean and fresh. The hotel was in an excellent location which was convenient for restaurants, shops, public transport and music-venues. Staff were excellent, in every way. Breakfasts were delicious, with plenty on each plate. The room was clean and had ensuite facilities. The taps provided plenty of hot water. I, particularly, liked the cast-iron bath-tub. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the glass doors on the wardrobe. There was a hospitality-tray, with a good kettle. The room felt secure and I was very happy that there was a chain on the bedroom door !

The hotel was in an excellent location, being very close to Piccadilly Gardens Bus Station. It was a 15 minutes walk to Band On The Wall. There were many shops and places of interest near to the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed in a single-room with a big window which had a great view of many interesting rooftops. The window was open and the room was light and airy. The single-bed was very comfortable. Ensuite facilities included a lovely, big bath with plenty of hot water. There was a hospitality-tray with a good kettle. The wardrobe had good hangers and plenty of space, along with full-length mirrored doors. There was an iron and ironing-board as well as a good hair-dryer, in the room. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, whilst being served by kind and efficient staff in a nice breakfast-room. The lift worked well and the hotel appeared to be clean, throughout !

The hotel is situated 10 minutes walk away from Band On The Wall and is, just, a few doors away from Bundobust. Buses, trams, trains and coaches stop nearby. It is located in Manchester City Centre. Staff were friendly and efficient. The bed was very comfortable with a deep, fairly firm mattress. There was a hospitality-tray with a good kettle. Ensuite facilities consisted of a bath-tub, sink and toilet. I was very happy about the bath-tub because I had requested one whilst booking. The cooked, vegetarian breakfast was delicious and generous on both mornings of my stay. Other breakfast options were available. The hotel appeared clean throughout !

Check-in went smoothly. The ensuite bathroom had a bath-tub, which is what I had requested. There was also a sink and toilet, in the ensuite bathroom. The water-pressure was good and there was plenty of hot water. In general the room was nice, having a wardrobe with mirror-fronted doors, hospitality-tray, bedside-table with lamp and a very comfortable bed with a deep, firm mattress. Bedding was fresh and clean. The window could be opened and closed. The cooked vegetarian breakfast was delicious and plentiful, on both days of my stay. Staff were efficient and respectful. The hotel was clean and in a very convenient city-centre location !

Whilst booking, I requested a bath-tub. Quickly, I received a reply comfirming my request. Check-in went very well. There was a bath-tub in the ensuite bathroom. Staff were very helpful and dealt with plumbing problems efficiently. The bed was comfortable, with a deep mattress. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful on both days of my stay. The hotel was very clean. The location was great, being close to various forms of public transport, shops, restaurants and entertainment venues !

The hotel is in a brilliant location, being close to restaurants, public transport, nightlife and shops. The room was ensuite. The shower-cabinet had a good, non-slip rubber mat. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a hospitality-tray, in the room. The bed was comfortable with clean, fresh bedding. There was a chain on the door, of the room, for extra security. Generous cooked breakfasts were delicious and served by efficient, friendly staff !

Check-in was brilliant. The receptionist was very good at her job. The room was very nice. Ensuite facilities included a lovely big bath-tub. I had requested a bath-tub, whilst booking, therefore I was very happy. There was plenty of hot water and the water-pressure was good. There was a hospitality-tray, in the bedroom area. The bed was comfortable, with a firm mattress. Breakfast was tasty and cooked to order, with plenty of choice. All staff were great !

The room was beautiful, being bright and airy due to the big window which was open. A fan had been, thoughtfully, left on when I arrived during a hot afternoon. Ensuite facilities were fine and there was a lovely big bath-tub, which I had requested whilst booking. There was plenty of hot water in the taps. There was a city view from the window of the room. The bed was very comfortable, with good clean bedding, which allowed me to sleep well. There was a hospitality-tray and a wardrobe with mirror-fronted doors and plenty of hangers. There was a chain on the back of the main bedroom door, which gave extra security. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty on the plate. Staff were friendly and efficient !
