Best service from Maggie at reception and all the staff who go the extra mile to make customers happy. The rooms are spacious, clean and had everything I needed. Organic teas and sustainable toiletries were a nice touch. Highly recommend!

Room was spacious and modern although a little spartan or'cold". Bed was spacious been a Queen sized bed. Bathroom modern and clean. Nice galley kitchen although it lacked a cooker.

Great hotel, fabulous room again, this being our second visit.The breakfast was also very good,with plenty of choice and great quality.The people who work here are very pleasant and very helpful .Also the hotel is in a good position,ideal for all parts of the city.

Really handy location, 10 minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly train station. Slightly out of the centre but within walking distance. The rooms were comfy and had a separate seating area with kitchen appliances. The breakfast was good, but extremely busy. Provided vegan sausages on request. Staff were extremely kind and excellent customer service. The hotel will look after your bags on the checkout day until you are ready to return home.

CHECKING IN WAS EASY AND THE BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT. THE STAFF WERE GOOD AND LOOKED AFTER OUR BAGS WHILST WE WENT SHOPPING. NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE

Nice variety in breakfast selection, nice interior and our room was large enough with kitchenette included. The location of hotel was quite OK, near supermarket and restaurants, although a bit lonely in the dark hours so I was happy I didn't have to go alone from the train station to the hotel. :) All in all good experience, thank you!
