The REM was clean and tidy. We had 3 remotes in the room, and not one of them worked on the tv. I can't complain about the place. And I would book again.

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. When I booked the hotel last November I was more mobile. I was using a rollator which was not ideal with all the stairs but the staff helped my friend to get it upstairs. The bouncers were also really helpful when we returned at night. I had read the reviews about the nightclub being open until 5am, so I brought ear plugs and they worked. The location is really good.

Location was incredibly convenient and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Minifridge in the room was an added bonus as well.

Friendly staff it is noisy as it’s above a night club-but didn’t bother us as we were their till 3/4am bouncers really lovely. Room clean and basic
