We have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 10 years. This time we had to ask for amenities in the room and the towels were changed by being dropped on the ironing board but no other clean was done and when asked for amenities such as shower gel as it was empty on arrival and replacement of other items we were greeted with stony faced reception teams. Otherwise this was once again a nice hotel and great location for us. Just disappointing service this time

Everything was lovely, even the scent of the reception area. The complimentary fruit bowl and water was a nice touch. Drinks prices in the bar were a bit steep but suppose it's expected in a 4 star hotel.

We went to a gig at the AO Arena and its a 5 min walk away, so excellent location and in the city centre for any shopping, bars etc,. the staff were fabulous, from the reception and the lady in charge of the bar and restaurant. So helpful. The room was lovely, clean and great bed. The only one thing was that at breakfast the scrambled eggs were cold, even though they were on a hot plate otherwise the breakfast has a huge choice and great value. I would stay again and recommend for sure. I looked at comments on other sites and they weren;t good but the hotel is being renovated to a full Radisson hotel and its beautiful and modern. :)
