I have stayed a few times over the last 5 years & love the foyer /bar area. Spacious rooms & ability to self cater a little. Our room this time was a lovely layout with big windows over the canal which made the room lovely & bright. I used the gym for the first time & it had all the equipment needed to train. Love the bathroom products currently being used.

All the staff behind the reception and desk were both friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed and was well decorated and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. In a great area with plenty of restaurants and nice bars nearby.

Staff were fantastic, location was excellent (walking distance from Picadilly Stn), room had new furnishings and facilities, and the facilities (incl. fitness centre) were excellent. Being able to do laundry in the room made a huge difference.

Ambiance, location, downstairs area and the space in the apartments. The consideration to sustainability was evident and we loved that. Staff were really helpful, friendly and accommodating. Coffee and brunch at Foundation coffee was delicious.
