Location, the Wifi, the receptionaist were good. As I worked hard at the property where I went to workl, I slept deep, so I did not notice or hear any noise, if there was some. I booked the room again between 4 to 6 March to stay two nights.

Location perfect. Just 2 min out of city w taxi. Comfortabel bed. Clean room with some free hot drinks and a water boiler. 8/10 price meets requirements.

I think this is an excellent place for the money. You can ask for much more for the price really. I have been there 3 times but always get this place whenever I go to Manchester.

for the price of the room for the night it was perfectly okay, comfy bed and warm room. You get what you pay for and as long as you're not expecting too much then you will be fine. Tea/Coffee/Hot Chocolate in the room and massive TV. within 30 minute walk of the AO arena and plenty of places to have food around there. Parking on street next to the Hotel and easy to find. There was no noise from other occupants so a good nights sleep.
