Excellent value for money, lovely and warm (temperature was controllable), clean, reasonably well kitted out, plenty of tea, coffee and even some milk sachets, friendly woman on reception when I arrived.

Location, close to the centre and only an 8 minute walk to the AO Arena which was the reason for our visit.

Lovely accommodation excellent location staff were very welcoming informative and helpful! Had a brilliant stay and would definitely stay again! Had to pay damage deposit that was refunded the day of departure! Thank you so much for a great experience!
