The use is free of charge for guests who have booked treatments.Car parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and charged at GBP 25 per 24 hours.Late check-out is subject to availability and costs GBP 30 per hour.The Harmony & Serenity spa at Manchester Piccadilly Hotel offers 6 treatment rooms, a nail bar, thermal suite including a steam room, sauna and ice shower and a relaxation area for our guests to unwind and relax in. The breakfast was OK however they advertise smoked salmon none available, for a non meat eater (given up meat for lent) the veg sausages were horrible and greasy. There were fried or poach egss and scramble this was OK along with beans and tomatoes. There were no mushrooms and little else i.e. other veg like peppers, onions etc. The bread choices very limited basic, the cereals OK but didn't have any,. They had fresh fruit but again rather limited but OK. The teas and coffees were good quality and staff generally very friendly apart from the chef on the omelette section.

Train strike so prices were sky high at £260 a night.. forgiving the price gouging.. at the normal rates it's a pretty great hotel.. lovely downstairs

The hotel is near to the station which we wanted. It was an easy walk. The room was spacious with lots of storage. Showers were hot and the bathroom was great. Very comfortable stay.

I booked the junior suite. It was worth paying that little extra as we got access to the M lounge where there’s unlimited snacks and drinks. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was fantastic. Separate bath and shower. Very clean and modern. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel room was very clean, lovely, a deep bath and large double shower, the bed was extremely comfortable, nice size tv ,fridge in room air con , iron with ironing board .seating area in room with a small table everything you could ask for made our stay very comfortable.. The bar staff were very friendly and would definitely recommend it.
