Staff: All friendly & Helpful Location is good, near a bus stop with a regular service to & from Manchester centre, even on Sunday. Room: Problems with bed, as bed springs were felt in one half of bed. Alleviated this problem by obtaining another duvet to lay on bed. Not able to change rooms as place was full. Shower: Too hot, & not easy to turn heat down. We were on 2nd floor so maybe too close to hot water tank. A room on first floor or ground floor would perhaps not have this problem. Despite the bed & shower would stay again, due to the staff being friendly & helpful, location, & price.

The location is perfect for us. The staff are always friendly. Continental Breakfast is plentiful and to be looked forward to each day, especially the legendary porridge!

Great location for visiting University of Manchester being between Fallowfield and Rushholme. Easy parking and friendly staff made arrival and check-in very easy. Rooms were simple, clean and with fine facilities. Great variety for breakfast which is done buffet style.

Luther King House is amazing value for money and a walkable 2 miles from the city centre (buses are also available!). The breakfast is amazing and I love to sit in the enclosed courtyard. It is remarkably peaceful.

Good single rooms for solo traveller. Welcoming staff. Comfortable lounge. Amazing choice of breakfast dishes. Quiet, yet close to public transport for city centre. I stay here frequently; it never lets me down.

The cutest hotel ever :) Everything is clean, the room is very warm, and the bathroom is spacious and clean. The staff members are very nice and friendly. I'd gladly come back here when I'll visit Manchester next time!
