The hotel was clean and we'll laid out, design very modern. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Location is also good. 5 minute walk to train station suited us.

Hotel was very conveniently located, Arrived at 11am to drop off my bag, and was told I would be able to check in at half 1 (instead of 3pm). Staff were very friendly. The room was clean and tidy, and bed was big and comfy. Popped in to the bar and found the staff friendly and the menu (for food and drink) to be excellent. Often travel to Manchester for Man United games, and will be using this hotel again as the price is very reasonable and can get the tram to OT from right across the road .

The hotel was in an excellent location right in the city centre if Manchester with all shops, restaurants and public transport on the door step. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and was clean and comfortable. Shower and toilet area was clean. Staff were able to meet my request for a room on the 1st floor without any hassle.
