The staff were all really friendly and helped whenever they could. The room ticked all the boxes we needed to tick on this visit. Breakfast selection was great and well worth the cost. Shower had good pressure and could be as hot as you liked.

Lovely location room really good Lovely staff apart from one staff member was really rude after we ordered drinks at the bar. Safe to say we didn’t end up getting the drinks and left disappointed

A wonderful staff, very helping and very smiling. Thanks to all of them, in particular Vinay, Wiktoria and this wonderful lady who helped us yesterday during lunch time. A confortable place with an excellent value for money. A twenty minute walk from the city centre. Really enjoyed it. Thanks!

Fabulous staff, really took care of me and were outstanding in both professionalism and friendliness. Unfortunately I required an ambulance during my stay and the staff were very attentive and very sympathetic, assisting me in every way they could. I was quite blown away by the level of hospitality, they are genuinely lovely people. Katie at the front desk was particularly awesome, and her colleagues too! The room itself was great, very comfy bed, quiet, clean and had everything you need for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was lovely, they even have vegan/veggie options available.
