Staff (all) were very friendly, helpful and let us check in to our room early as a room was available. Security of the lift was good and made us feel safe. Rooms were comfy, clean, quiet, good temperature.

Wonderful staff to welcome me and I even got a free room upgrade as a Hilton Honours Member. I ended up with a balcony and an amazing view of the cricket ground.. Room was perfect with everything you could need. Comfy bed, great bathroom and good air-conditioning. Breakfast was wonderful too.

I really loved how safe and secure the building was. Unless you had your key pass you couldn’t travel around the hotel and couldn’t game access at night without it. I felt safe staying here with my daughter and will use hylton hotels from now on 👍
