Please note check-in is from 15.00 until 23.00. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, please inform Hendham House at least 2 days in advance. Arrivals after 23:00 must inform the property in advance and will be subject to an additional charge of £10 per hour. Guests must show a valid photo ID upon check-in. Please note there is no disabled access in the building. A surcharge of £10 per hour applies for any arrivals early/after check-in hours and any departures early/after check-out hours. All requests for early/late arrival and early/late departure are subject to confirmation by the property.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The property was easy to access, the receptionist was lovely and very welcoming - the facilities were clean and functional as well as looked nice - would definitely recommend - a romantic setup as well for valentines and great value for money

staff were very friendly . They greeted at the door. The room was very modern , clean and comfortable. Staff had decorated for my birthday/ valentines , which was a lovely surprise . Easy to check in and out and near by bus stops made getting to central Manchester and back a breeze .

Receptionists are very helpful and friendly. There’s parking onsite, payable but secure. Loved the fact that each room is different as it adds character and not just your standard hotel where everything is the same. Would stay again in the future as it’s cheap - no frills but it’s clean and modern.

The staff were so welcoming and from the moment that you step into the hotel it feels very welcoming. Beautiful modern room and comfortable bed. I enjoyed the vibes, good energy and will return. The garden was a pleasant surprise, a hidden gem and nice place to relax

Check in was easy. Great value for money! Bedroom with private bathroom and balcony doors making it a great stay for a couple days. Also close to city centre and can easily get the bus in that runs frequently and till late. Overall amazing stay, will stay again if working in Manchester!

Stayed for a night with my family, I was a little apprehensive when I arrived as the building g across the street looked bad. But I noticed builders working on it. I was checked in by a lovely lady who couldn’t do enough for us and she explained it is being renovated. She was great with my son who has Autism. She gave us a quiet room which was appreciated. The room was beautiful and had all facilities we needed. We also enjoyed the grounds and garden area which I think is called the Urban courtyard, my son loved it in there. Thank you and will be coming back in July

Nice clean hotel which has everything you need, it’s not too far from the centre and is within walking distance to local shops. I would say the people who work there are friendly and down to earth, very easy to talk to and we’re happy to help when needed. For a 2 star budget hotel I would say it ticked all the boxes for a comfortable stay. Only downside is the area but if you’re booking a hotel that’s quarter of the price of others then you get what you pay for. The hotel and grounds are well looked after so nothing to worry about😊

Been here twice and both times been amazing the customer service has been 10/10 and the rooms have been amazing, had everything we needed for a short stay. They even set up balloons in the room for my anniversary. They had things such as an iron and hairdryer you could request from the reception.

The room was beautiful! The hotel itself is fairly tucked away. But for the price, it is well worth the money!
