Very friendly staff particularly Connor I think it was when we checked in and he took some photos of myself and my daughter before I took her to Sabrina Carpenter concert. Parking very close.

It needs to be refurbished I’ve stayed at much better Crowne Plaza Hotels, breakfast wasn’t as good as other hotels within the same chain.

large clean rooms with really comfortable beds and plenty of pillars. The room was in need of a slight update starting to look a bit shabby in places.

Perfect location for the AO arena. Lots of friendly pubs, bars and restaurants located all with walking distance. The room was spacious, tasteful decor and had everything needed for our trip. We opted for breakfast which was lovely with plenty of choice for everyone.

Lovely room. Was able to check in early. Good city view. Very clean. Bath and separate shower. Modern facilities. Seating area. Lots of mirrors. Complimentary water. Nice toiletries. Biscuits. Location good. Nice walk along canal to Coop Live Arena. Close to Piccadilly. Good value. Wonderful breakfast, lots of choice, buffet and a la carte. Very helpful staff.
