Cove Minshull Street will take full payment for your accommodation at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property. Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving license or passport.Group Policy: We consider a group to be 10 apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building.Baby cots are available for no additional cost, subject to availability.Please note a pre-authorisation of GBP 1 is required in order to check-in to your apartment. Assuming you do not incur any additional costs during your stay the pre-authorisation sum will be released automatically. In the event that additional costs are incurred, you will be contacted by the Apartment Manager who will confirm the amount you have been charged and the reasoning behind this. Please note that cash is not accepted to settle your pre-authorisation. We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.Dog Stays (cats and other pets are not allowed) - We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival. Additional charges apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. It is your responsibility before arrival to check that dogs are permitted at the Property.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

It’s almost my favorite flat in the world and I do travel a lot lol! Super cozy and spacious with great price and convenient location. You can have two bedrooms, two washrooms, a sofa bed and 3 televisions even. Hotel staff are all very friendly and helping, perfect spot for family stays!

Lovely staff at reception. Very clean. Ideal location. Good job the bedroom is triple glazed so absolutely no noise entered. (Insomniacs in the double-glazed lounge could still hear the street noise at three in the morning!). Very well equipped - even the coffee pot was nice!

We arrived a lot earlier than expected at the location, but the staff was so accommodating, they rang to see if our room was ready and it was, hours before check in. The women (really wish I could remember her name) made us feel welcome straight away with conversation, was very informative about the room, our stay and all we need to know, amazing location as it’s a walk away from the station and all the shops you would want. Would highly recommend

Location is great, 2 minute walk from Piccadilly gardens. Staff were really friendly, apartment was clean, spacious and had a full kitchen and two bathrooms! Beds were so comfy we struggled to get our son out of his!

The staff were super friendly and very attentive, always smiling and polite. The apartment was clean, a good size, and well stocked with everything to suit our needs. The gym was decent as well, it had more in it than I expected.
