Room service is not available.Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment.Please note that this property does not accept cash or cheques as a method of payment.Weekly cleans are provided for stays over 7 nights, for stays less than 7 nights no housekeeping will be provided. Additional cleaning can be arranged at extra cost.Any items left behind in the apartments and/or public areas will be stored for a maximum of 30 days from the departure date. Items will be given to charity unless claimed within the specified time frame.Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary.Baby cots can be provided free of charge subject to availability. Extra beds are not available, however extra bedding can be provided at a GBP 15 extra fee, subject to availability. Apartments with sofa beds can also be requested at extra chargePlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. This was my first time exploring Manchester, and we was pleasantly surprised by how everything was within walking distance. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely, and the breakfast was delicious. Although the check-in process was hectic, we still had an enjoyable stay. Plus, the parking was conveniently located right next door, the staff allowed us to leave our bags at reception after checkout so we could explore the shopping center before driving home. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and tried to go above and beyond for everyone staying there.

Great choice for a city break. In terms of value it is brilliant as its a lot cheaper than other city centre hotels with pools. Lovely table service breakfast. Downstairs restaurant is good, location great for Manchester Victoria and Selfridges end of town.

Breakfast although having to book a reservation time the night before was horrendous. 15 minute wait to be seated before anybody even approached us. 60 minutes additional wait for breakfast to arrive. When it did arrive poached eggs were like hard boiled eggs .. The staff however were really apologetic and professional in the restaurant.
