The beds were amazingly comfortable and the staff on the desk were excellent. The rooms were stylish and the bluetooth speaker was a great touch. But the best thing is the location.

The hotel was very quiet as it was January we got two rooms for a great price the lady on the front desk was nice . The only issue was the rooms were far too hot I think they were having air con problems so will check before we book it again . They did put a fan in the rooms but not much use .

Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Good choice for breakfast and coffee and tea facilities in the room.Will always stay here on trips to Manchester and Chester as I feel at home.

The room was spacious and clean. We found the staff very polite and the service was excellent. It was a lovely hotel and our stay made our weekend in Manchester very enjoyable.
