Conveniently located as part of a local shopping mall, we were able to access “food court” style meals, not for everyone but acceptable.

Great hotel, clean, comfortable and great staff. Check in was online and easy so when we arrived at 1.30 in the morning it was super quick. The hotel is attached to the mall, so there were lots of places to choose to eat in. The hotel restaurant was extremely good too. Breakfast was lovely, with lots of options. Room was massive, modern and clean. View from the room was nice. Aircon great. We had problems with the wifi on the first day (kept disconnecting) but it was fine afterwards. Location was generally safe, we walked around the neighbourhood and felt happy. We walked to the main city centre and looked around, it is bit of a walk but on a large safe main road.

Room is spacious and clean. It's a perfect place to enjoy a good stay after a few days in Amazon. A comfortable place to relax and the breakfast is also good. Shopping centre is next door which is good for taking lunches and dinners and get all necessary supplies before the trip.

The location is good. Access to other town city attractions is easy and fast. Availability of drivers and transport services is easy. The movement around the hotel is good. There is an ice cream store beside the hotel, with good service and opened in a broad time span.

Perfect location to prepare for trip into the jungle, attached to a mall. Spacious rooms, great view, rooftop and amazing breakfast. Also has a restaurant with very good food 👍

Nice rooms and the receptionists were very helpful. Pool area nice but dirty (could not see the view from the pool clearly because of dirty windows)! The gym was average, it didn't have a bike and was very small but had treadmills and lots of weight training equipment which was nice.
